Ms. Crystal Lane is a Public Health Advisor in the Epidemiology and Genomics Research Program's (EGRP) Office of the Associate Director (OAD). In this role, she coordinates activities of the NCI Cohort Consortium, assists with program evaluation, and coordinates financial management planning activities for EGRP.
Prior to joining EGRP, Ms. Lane was a Public Health Analyst at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), first for the Maternal and Child Health Bureau and then for the HIV/AIDS Bureau. At HRSA, she provided oversight and evaluation of public health projects and programs. She led and established ResFest (a research project webinar series which highlighted evidence-based interventions developed by grant recipients), a quarterly leadership series workgroup, and the Maternal and Child Health Research Network Grantee Meeting.
Ms. Lane first joined NCI in 2014 as a Cancer Research Training Award Fellow in EGRP where she provided technical assistance for Cohorts and Consortia special projects.
